Bass & Flinders Distillery is a family-owned, grape-to-glass craft distillery based on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, producing internationally awarded brandies, gins and liqueurs that showcase exceptional Australian provenance and craftsmanship. Founded in 2009, the distillery is renowned for its distinctive approach of distilling premium Victorian wine into a rich grape spirit, creating products with depth, authenticity and character. THE REGION & LOCAL INGREDIENTS

Bass & Flinders' connection to the wine-growing region of the Mornington Peninsula is at the heart of everything we do. As a true grape-to-glass distillery, our spirits begin with premium Victorian wine, sourced predominantly from theVictorian cool-climate wine regions. We distil this wine, creating a rich grape eau de vie that forms the foundation of our entire portfolio.

Beyond our wine base, we proudly champion Australian native botanicals and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Ingredients such as lemon myrtle, saltbush, samphire, wattleseed and native strawberry gum feature throughout our range, while many of our spirits are inspired by the unique landscape, produce and flavours of the Mornington Peninsula.

As a family-owned distillery established on the Mornington Peninsula in 2009, we are committed to supporting regional agriculture, local producers and Australian craftsmanship. Our goal has always been to create authentic, premium spirits that not only honour traditional distillation techniques, but also capture the unique character and provenance of the region we proudly call home.
