Kate Sinfield - CEO & Founder, Sin Gin Distillery

Kate Sinfield is a professional Company Director and Certified Practicing Accountant with extensive business experience in the hotel, hospitality & distillery industries. As a tourism operator in Western Australia, Kate works closely with industry associations, government, universities and technical colleges to enhance the industry and create training programs for hotel workers through work experience-based courses.

Kate owned The Murray Hotel in West Perth for 15 years; a 30 room 3.5-star hotel serving intrastate, interstate and international visitors. Kate founded Sin Gin Distillery in 2016, and this has grown organically to a Gold Medal winning Tourist Destination in the Swan Valley.

Kate is passionate about quality tourism & hospitality experiences and assisting people to progress their careers in the industry.
