Sebastian Reaburn has been part of the Australian liquor industry for three decades and has had the pleasure of owning some of Australia's most awarded bars, 1806 and Heartbreaker. He has also been involved in a number of independent spirits ventures, including 42 Below, Act of Treason Agave and Anther Spirits with Dr Dervilla McGowan. As a partner in Anther Spirits, Sebastian played a key role in building a dedicated distillery and cellar door in North Geelong. Throughout his career, Sebastian has had the privilege of working alongside Anther Spirits co-founder Dr Dervilla McGowan across every aspect of his creative, business, and personal life.

Sebastian is a dedicated member of the Industry Advisory Committee for the Melbourne Royal Australian International Spirit Awards, where he has been a judge for over ten years, and takes on a role as a Head Judge in 2026. Sebastian serves as a committee member with the Australian Distillers Association and has contributed as Subject Matter Expert in the development and delivery of the Certified Introduction to Distillery Safety course and the rewrite of the National Distilling Institutes Certificate IV in Artisan Distilling.

In addition, Sebastian works as a consultant and contract distiller for many brands, generating production IP and supporting businesses through the development and growth of their product and operations. Sebastian has had the privilege of designing, building, and commissioning several distilleries, working closely with safety and design consultants to create safe workplaces that produce award-winning spirits.
