Vanessa Chapman is the Co-Founder of Panezski Artisan Distillery on the Gold Coast and currently serves as President of the Queensland Distillers Association (QDA) and a Board Member of the Australian Distillers Association (ADA).
With a background spanning hospitality, customer service, communications, and industry advocacy, Vanessa is passionate about supporting the sustainable growth of Australia’s independent spirits industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Creative Writing and Journalism, bringing a strong focus on communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to her industry work.

Through her work with the QDA, Vanessa works closely with distillers, government, and tourism stakeholders on initiatives relating to advocacy, regional tourism, industry collaboration, and market development. She is a strong advocate for creating opportunities for independent distillers and helping position Australian spirits as a leading tourism and manufacturing sector.
