Naught Distilling is proudly based in Melbourne, Victoria, with strong ties to the Yarra Valley and the surrounding region. While we source the finest botanicals from around the world to create balanced, world-class spirits, it is the thoughtful inclusion of native Australian ingredients such as toasted wattle seed, strawberry gum and muntries that gives our gins their unmistakable Australian identity and sets them apart on the global stage.

Our connection to the region is also reflected in our use of locally grown Yarra Valley Sangiovese grapes to produce the world's first Sangiovese Gin. Rather than using wine, we work with fresh grapes to capture the vibrant fruit character of one of Australia's premier cool-climate wine regions, creating a spirit that is both innovative and uniquely Australian.
