THE REGION & LOCAL INGREDIENTS

Never Never is proudly based in McLaren Vale on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, a region where vineyards, coast and exceptional hospitality come together. Our spirits are made locally, and our home atop Chalk Hill provides a strong connection to both the renowned McLaren Vale wine region and the nearby South Australian coastline.

This sense of place is reflected in products such as Oyster Shell Gin, inspired by the flavours and landscape of the Australian coast, and in our use and celebration of regional produce, including South Australian Kangaroo Island oysters. We also work closely with local producers and tourism partners, including Chalk Hill Wines and Cucina di Strada, to create experiences that bring together locally made gin, wine and food.
